The school ensures selection of the most apt person for each post through proper screening which includes campus interviews, demo classes and ascertaining their willingness.
Specific duties and responsibilities of each staff is decided by a panel discussion and a written notification is handed over to each individual. Section wise heads are deputed to check and ensure the proper running of activities designed for the smooth and better growth of each individual learner of this institution.
